The Feast is His
The feast is HIS, YHWH’ s that is. A lot of believers do not
know the concept of the feast of tabernacles and have the idea
that it is only for the Old Testament times. Let me tell you this, it
is for always, and even for the eternal times. The first and last
chapters of ISAIAH tells you about it,as it is written:
ISAIAH / Yeshayahu
66:21 And I will also take of them for priests and for Levites,
saith Yahweh.
66:22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will
make, shall remain before me, saith YHWH, so shall your seed
and your name remain.
66:23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to
another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to
worship before me, saith YHWH.
66:24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the
men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not
die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an
abhorring unto all flesh.
and the book of Zec chapter 14 tells about it. The real truth is in
HIS word about the feasts, as it is written:
Zechariah / Zekaryah
14:7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to YHWH, not
day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it
shall be light.
14:8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out
from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of
them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
14:9 And YHWH shall be king over all the earth: in that day
shall there be one YHWH, and his name one.
14:10 All the land shall be turned as a plain from Geba to
Rimmon south of Jerusalem: and it shall be lifted up, and
inhabited in her place, from Benjamin's gate unto the place of the
first gate, unto the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananeel
unto the king's winepresses.
14:11 And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter
destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.
14:12 And this shall be the plague wherewith YHWH will smite
all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh
shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their
eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue she will
consume away in their mouth.
14:13 And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great tumult
from YHWH shall be among them; and they shall lay hold every
one on the hand of his neighbour, and his hand shall rise up
against the hand of his neighbour.
14:14 And Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem; and the wealth of
all the heathen round about shall be gathered together, gold, and
silver, and apparel, in great abundance.
14:15 And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the
camel, and of the ass, and of all the beasts that shall be in these
tents, as this plague.
14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all
the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from
year to year to worship the King, YHWH of hosts, and to keep
the feast of tabernacles.
14:17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the
families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, YHWH
of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.
14:18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that
have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith YHWH will
smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
14:19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment
of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
14:20 In that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses,
HOLINESS UNTO YHWH; and the pots in YHWH 's house shall
be like the bowl's before the altar.
14:21 Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness
unto YHWH of hosts: and all they that sacrifice shall come and
take of them, and seethe therein: and in that day there shall be no
more the Canaanite in the house of YHWH of hosts.
And there are many different food laws all which hold true today,
if you check the foods YHWH told the children of Israel about, to
eat and not to eat those foods still hold true today. The foods
YHWH said not to eat, to this day cause sickness and problems
in mans physical being, in short the flesh. Now the dietary laws
were for the good health of HIS people not for the sake of
desecration or trying to prove them or test them. They had to
follow the law for longevity and good health. YHWH made clean
and unclean foods clear to them so they would live in good health
and teach there children the laws of clean and unclean foods so
the generational blessings would follow their children and their
children’s children and all the generations that follow them. Paul
said it well in Romans chapters seven and eight the reasons for
crucifying of the flesh, about the carnal man being enmity against
YHWH and those that walk in the Spirit having fellowship with
the Father in heaven. So if we look at what YHWH said about
bringing them to hunger, when HE brought them out of Egypt.
Deut 8:2 And thou shalt remember all the way which YHWH thy
Elohim led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble
thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether
thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.
3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee
with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers
know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by
bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of
YHWH doth man live.
YHWH showed them the importance of walking in the spirit with
HIM. How when they were humbled it proved them to the truth of
their need of HIM and brought them closer to YHWH. To hear
his voice and get free of the evil in them and the spiritual
darkness that blinded their eyes. Hence forth the dietary
restrictions. So they would stay close to YHWH in Spirit and not
walk in the flesh and cause enmity between them and the Creator.
Then we see that such things as gluttony and excessive eating was
not something that was desired by YHWH, even Paul wrote about
this saying all things in moderation. Since those laws of clean
and unclean foods, those that followed the dietary rules were
blessed in there obedience to HIM. Now it is no secret that
YHWH also had to help them overcome that slave mentality, and
the fear that was instilled in them by there task masters. YHWH
taught them to be strong in adversity, which is how HE teaches us
today, only with a bit less carnality than was back then. Let me
show you this, now is the time to draw nigh to HIM because
when the trials come in the days of the great tribulation there will
not be the grace, mercy and deliverance as we have now.
Brethren everywhere will be dropping like flies off a bug light,
and there is not going to be a net. Well it is going to be like that
in the future until the great day, the feast of Tabernacles is going
to be a requirement. The feast times are significant to YHWH so
they are important to all who walk with HIM in truth and love.
The feasts are for us to enjoy fellowship and good feasting
without repercussions, because YHWH wants us to keep healthy
and not eat as gluttonous people. But now on the other side, the
eternal feast where YHWH says they that overcome shall eat
from the tree life freely. So now is when the oreshadow of this
tree of life in the Messiah is being shown, with the feast of
Tabernacles. Also that the restrictions of dietary law wood be no
longer in effect because we will be with him in the Spirit, that is
why HE said freely. This is an most important thing to know, just
for truth sake and obedience to our heavenly Father YHWH and
HIS word in the Savior Yahushua the Messiah. If for any reason
there are questions read and seek the truth its in the book of
Romans, about the gift of faith not discounting the law but helping
man to fulfill it in his inner soul man. Also the word foreshadow
is a word that means or at least to me, that it is already done, so
YHWH is just waiting on man to become what HE has decided
for man to become ( Inner Man) that is! As soon as that happens
and all the nations have been evangelized then when HIS
appointed time is here then it will happen. We all know that He
the Father in heaven is the only one that knows when that time is!
So keep on seeking, keep on watching, keep on spreading the
word. Salvation in Yahushua the Messiah, that is the name not to
discriminate against or reject. Why be cause all who reject HIM
and HIS name have not Salvation, as the word declares (He who
has not the Son Has not the Father and the wrath of YHWH
abideth on him)
We know the truth is, in Yahushua Ha Mashiyach, and all who
disregard him or rebuke him, or reject him are as (Anti-
Messiah's) They will only have the pit and eternal death to look
forward to, and will suffer where the worm dieth not and the fire
is not quenched! Salvation is a free gift from YHWH and should
be savored as such and not taken for granted. Death is automatic
for all mankind until the free gift of the Messiah Yahushua is
within our souls. Then we work out our salvation with fear and
trembling for those that truly seek HIM they know what that is
and what it truly means to persevere. Back to the feast of
Tabernacles, YHWH blesses those feasts that we keep, and
increases the fellowship to a wonderful level of knowledge, and
truth, with heightened praise and worship because it is HIS
desire for us to enjoy HIS feast AMEN!
